Overview
iFleet Mobile is an authenticated fleet operations application for organizations that manage vehicles, drivers, alerts, routes, reports, and related fleet records. The app uses the iFleetQ service to display and manage operational data for authorized users.
Information We Process
Depending on your organization's configuration, the service may process account information, fleet asset records, driver records, vehicle positions, trips, events, geofences, alerts, commands, maintenance records, preferences, and report exports. The app may also store authentication and preference data on the device so users can access the service securely.
Location Data
iFleetQ displays fleet location and route data from authorized fleet tracking systems. If device location features are enabled, location is used only for map context and fleet operations workflows.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to provide fleet monitoring, route history, analytics, reports, alerts, administrative tools, security, troubleshooting, and customer support. iFleetQ does not sell personal information.
Data Access and Retention
Access is limited to authorized users and administrators for the organization that owns or manages the fleet data. Retention depends on the organization's service configuration, legal requirements, and operational needs.
